FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When is the registration and payment deadline?
Registration opens May 4th, 2026, and will be considered on a rolling basis. We strongly encourage delegates to register as soon as possible to avoid the waitlist. The early bird payment deadline is July 6th, 2026 and costs $250. The regular payment is $299 and is due September 15th, 2026.
How do I submit my payments?
All payments will be processed through our registration platform, which enables international payment through Stripe. The registration platform will automatically calculate a balance based on the number of delegates being registered. Payments do not need to be submitted immediately, but your registration will only be considered complete after we have received your payment (or when the balance becomes zero).
How do I get a visa?
For international delegates and advisors that require a visa to enter the Republic of Korea, Yale MUN Korea XIV will be issuing official Visa letters upon registration completion, which requires that payment for the conference be received in full. The deadline to request an official visa letter from Yale MUN Korea XIV is September 30th, 2026. To request a visa letter, email our Under-Secretary-General of Domestic Delegations, Hannah Yang, at delegations@ymunkorea.org and our Under-Secretary-General of International Delegations, Bena Feng, at international.delegations@ymunkorea.org.
